JCT Chlorine Dioxide Generator

JCT chlorine dioxide generator is a kind of aerated chlorine dioxide generator. Reagents can be made into a certain concentration of chlorine dioxide disinfectant through the generator. The disinfectant has effective sterilization, disinfection, bleaching, deodorization, preservation and other functions, which can be used in water treatment, paper, food and other fields.

The reaction principle:

48NaClO₃+C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁+24H₂SO₄→ 48ClO₂+12CO₂+24Na₂SO₄+35H₂O

Widely used in the disinfection treatment of tap water, secondary water supply of high-rise building, swimming pool water and food processing water, the sterilization, algae killing, and deodorization treatment of circulating cooling water, as well as the purification and decolorization treatment of hospital sewage, printing and dyeing wastewater(textile wastewater) and other sewage.

High purity

The purity of produced chlorine dioxide is greater than or equal to 95%, in line with the requirements of drinking water disinfection, which can be safely used for drinking water disinfection.

High conversion rate

Chlorate conversion rate is greater than or equal to 90%. Through the patented negative pressure aeration technology to achieve efficient reaction of raw materials, it greatly reduces the waste of raw materials.

Low cost

The raw material cost is about 60% lower than the ordinary sodium chlorite method’s. The raw material cost is low, the equipment conversion rate is high, and the host engine has the characteristics of spontaneous reaction, intermittent heating, energy saving and low operating cost.

High safety

The generator is equipped with explosion-proof plug and pressure relief valve to achieve double pressure relief safety. The equipment is equipped with lack of material insurance system and water pressure insurance system.

Long service life

The main components of the equipment are made of international brand-name products and the flow pipe fittings are made of high-performance corrosion-resistant UPVC material, which together effectively extend the service life of the equipment.

High degree of automation

The equipment can be controlled by touch screen human-machine interface. According to the incoming water flow, the equipment can automatically adjust the output of chlorine dioxide under the control of PLC. Equipped with water shortage and reactant shortage alarm functions, which can realize automatic shutdown in case of breakdown.

Process principle

Chlorine dioxide generator adopts the chemical process of raw material reaction. Under the control of PLC, two solutions are automatically measured and transported through the precise metering system to the reaction system in the negative pressure environment. The chlorine dioxide gas is produced through the negative pressure aeration reaction. The power water passes through the absorption system (water ejector part) to suck out the gas in the reactor to produce a certain concentration of disinfectant, which is then added to the water to be treated through the dosing pipeline.
